Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping utilizes Canada Post XPRESSPOST. This is a great shipping solution that finds a happy medium between speed and security, and cost.  Once the package is shipped, delivery to most major Canadian cities can be expected in 2 business days.  This option includes Canada Post’s “On-Time Guarantee”, delivery confirmation, and free insurance for the first $100 product value.  BLADEWORKS only ships to Canadian addresses.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the package, as well as its destination.  After receipt of your order, BLADEWORKS will calculate your total package costs, including the shipping and handling costs, shipping insurance premium (if required), and applicable taxes.

Our products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are free from obvious manufacturer’s defects.  Should your products be damaged or delayed by the shipping process, please contact us and we will endeavor to assist.  You should also contact the shipping company that delivered the package to inform them that the shipment was damaged and they will be able to start the damage claim process.  However, BLADEWORKS is not responsible for these issues and cannot be held liable.  All items purchased from BLADEWORKS are made pursuant to a shipping contract and therefore the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you would prefer your products be shipped by another method, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Warranty & Return Policy

All BLADEWORKS knives ordered from this site come with a 3 day return/inspection privilege. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product in its original unused condition and receive a refund. Please send us an email notifying us of your intention to return the order and your reason for the return. Upon receiving the product in acceptable condition we will refund your money in full minus shipping and handling charges. Under certain circumstances, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

All products sold carry a Manufacturer's Warrantee. After receiving your purchase, the Manufacturer's Warrantee will then apply. Send all warranteed items directly to the manufacturer, as per the instructions on your Warrantee Card. If you run into any problems please contact us, so we may able to help.

Product Costing & Payment

We take Visa, M/C, and American Express. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your payment, excluding weekends and holidays.  No order can be cancelled once it is processed.  To avoid verification and approval delays on credit card orders, be sure to provide the exact address to which your card is billed. All orders must be prepaid in full prior to shipping.

Orders shipped within British Columbia are subject to PST and GST, and all other orders within Canada are subject to GST.  If you have a tax exemption number, please provide it when ordering.
